We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as (Front Office Staff). As a Front Office Staff member, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting guests, handling reservations, processing payments, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly and professional first impression.
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
  • Handle guest reservations, ensuring accurate information and maintaining an organized system.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, concerns, and requests, resolving issues to their satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services, such as housekeeping and maintenance.
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming front desk area, ensuring it is well-stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Process guest payments, including cash, credit card, and electronic transactions, accurately and securely.
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to provide helpful recommendations to guests.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures, including privacy and security protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality management is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Fluency in additional languages is an advantage.
