• The Full-Day Pass includes the following benefits:
  • Access to the rooftop pool
  • Sun bed and umbrella
  • The one-time usage voucher for food and beverages valid for full day passes ONLY.
  • The prices mentioned are inclusive of taxes and fees.
  • The passes are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Gazebo Pricing (for 2 people):

KIDS MUST BE SUPERVISED BY THEIR PARENTS AT ALL TIMES

Terms & Conditions:

• Bookings are valid only once payment is received.
• Reserved spots are held for 2 hours from booking time.
• Location selection is on a first come, first-served basis upon arrival.
• Access applied exclusively to the rooftoop pool.
• External guests must be 18+. Please note that hotel guests may access the rooftop pool with children, so a child-free environment is not guaranteed.
• In case of bad weather, bookings will be rescheduled to the next available date.
• Bring your own towel – additional charges may apply for use of hotel towels.
• The access is valid only for the mentioned day and time duration.
• The full-day pass is valid from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• The half-day pass is valid from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Food and Beverage:

• Only food and beverages purchased from Eleven Eleven bar and restaurant may be consumed on the premises.
• Guests are not allowed to bring outside food or beverages.

Exclusions:

• The pass cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers.

Liability:

• Eleven Eleven Rooftop is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property that may occur during the day use of the pool.
• Guests are advised to exercise caution and follow all pool rules and guidelines.

Policy Enforcement:

• Eleven Eleven Rooftop reserves the right to deny access to any guest who violates the terms and conditions or engages in any behaviour deemed inappropriate.

By purchasing and using the day pass, guests indicate their agreement to these terms and conditions.
