Choose between a gift of an experience at our hotel from our specially curated overnight packages, or a monetary gift voucher in the amount of your choice, which your loved one can then use on the services they prefer. Vouchers can be redeemed against any goods or services at our hotel and spa.
Rates at the hotel change on a daily basis, and final prices will depend on the date selected at the time of booking.

Please note that the voucher amount may not cover the full cost of a stay. In this case, the value of the voucher will be deducted from the total bill and the remaining balance can be settled directly at the hotel.

Terms & Conditions
- The gift voucher can be redeemed against goods and services solely at Grands Suites Hotel Residences & Spa.
- It is a one-usage only and applicable through out your stay only.
- In the case of a room or spa reservation, booking must be made directly with the property at least three(3) days in advance.
- The voucher number must be quoted at the time of booking, and the physical gift voucher must be present upon arrival at the property.
- A room reservation made through the gift voucher is subject to our normal room cancellation policy.
- The gift voucher can not be exchanged, transferred, or refundable into cash, even if lost or stolen. Hotel take no responsibility for your lost or stolen gift voucher and can not issue you a new one.
- It is not valid in conjunction with other promotions, membership, events or discounts.
